Gerry Berg, a U.S. Navy veteran and accomplished IT executive, has dedicated his life to service—first to his country, and later to leading technology transformations for Fortune 100/500/1000 companies. While on active duty in Beirut, Gerry was severely injured, resulting in an honorable medical discharge. He continues to serve through active involvement with the Disabled American Veterans organization and other groups supporting fellow disabled veterans.
Building on the discipline, resilience, and integrity forged in the Navy, Gerry has become a seasoned leader with decades of experience across global financial institutions, global technology service providers and consumer brands. His career is defined by precision, empathy, and a relentless drive to deliver transformative outcomes. As the founder of Grail Technologies, Gerry brings a client-first philosophy rooted in transparency, resilience, and deep community connection.
He has successfully led some of the most complex infrastructure and application transformations across numerous markets.
